When we have Jesus in our lives one of the fruits of the spirit we receive is joy.

This genuine joy flows out of us and can impact those around us to show that Jesus is our light and our Salvation. “Let the joy of the Lord bubble over, let it pour right out of you,” share it with your neighbours and friends as God’s love, hope and joy can change the world we live in.

 Galatians 5 v 22-23 (NIV) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such there is no law.

 Psalm 16 v 11 (ESV) You make known to me the path of life, in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

 Psalm 33 v 21 (ESV) For our heart is glad in Him, because we trust in His Holy name.
